What we do
Three services. One pilot.
Management, revenue and software share the same operating team and the same standards. The data pilot is a separate program with its own consent and contracts; a managed property is never enrolled in it automatically.
Property management
Full-service management for villas and small hotels in Bali. Daily pricing, guest service in English and Bahasa, housekeeping and maintenance supervision, accounting and a monthly owner statement built from the PMS. Fee basis, expense rules and approval limits are agreed before handover.
