Robotics researchers learn from videos of real people cleaning, cooking and folding. In the Q4 2026 pilot, staff who choose to take part wear a small phone mount during agreed tasks in empty rooms and are paid for every accepted hour of video, weekly, on top of salary. Taking part is your choice and has no effect on your job either way.
How it works
Three steps, no acting.
Sign up and train, paid
You read and sign a participation agreement in your language. Training and any recording work are paid working time. You get the task list for the week.
Record your shift
Tap record, do the task the way you normally do it, tap stop. Only in empty rooms, only tasks on the list.
Get paid weekly
Our QA team checks the video against written acceptance rules you receive in advance. Every accepted hour is paid on Friday with your normal salary. Rates are shown before you record, and rejected clips can be appealed.
The rules

Never record
- Guests, or a room while guests are staying in it
- Guest bags, passports, phones, laptops, mail
- Coworkers who have not signed up
- Anything not on the task list
Always true
- You choose to join, and you can stop future recording any day; footage already licensed stays under the licence
- Your face is blurred before any video leaves Bali
- Declining or stopping never affects your shifts, pay or employment
- Recording and training hours count as working hours; device failure is not your risk

Cara kerjanya
Pelatihan satu jam, lalu rekam pekerjaan Anda seperti biasa. Hanya di kamar kosong, hanya tugas yang ada di daftar. Tim QA memeriksa video, jam yang diterima dibayar hari Jumat.

Aturan utamaHak Anda
Anda memilih untuk ikut dan bisa berhenti merekam kapan saja. Menolak atau berhenti tidak memengaruhi shift, gaji atau pekerjaan Anda. Wajah Anda diburamkan sebelum video keluar dari Bali. Jam pelatihan dan perekaman dihitung sebagai jam kerja.
